Heidi’s eye for detail and passion for helping others makes her a natural for managing operations for the Billy Long Real Estate Group. Born in Long Beach and raised in Del Mar, Heidi has never left Southern California and has grown roots in North County San Diego where she is raising her two sons, Theodore and Benicio. Four years in property management with Irvine Company Apartment Communities followed by four years at Redfin in support as a Transaction Coordinator, the stage was set for a career working directly with people and businesses in her community to help them achieve their real estate goals. Inspired by the arts and grounded by her love of motherhood, Heidi is drawn to architecture and functional design for families and businesses to make the best use of the spaces they invest in. Self-described “dreamer’s agent”, she encourages her clients, friends, and family to expect the best and settle for nothing less. It was seeking adventure in nature when she discovered the beauty hidden in Fallbrook and Bonsall, and ultimately fell in love with the idea of bringing her young sons to spend the rest of their childhoods here.
